Scoopr exists to give CSRA dog owners a yard that’s actually clean and easy to enjoy. We do that through consistent, full-service care that removes waste, addresses residue and odor at the source, and keeps outdoor spaces healthier for families, pets, and neighborhoods.

Where we come from
Scoopr was founded in 2025 by the Burghoff family, led by Jordan and Malia (and the Scoopr mascot, Bodie) in Augusta, GA with one simple goal: give CSRA dog owners cleaner, safer, stress-free backyards, held to the same standard we expect for our own home. As dog and kid parents, we care deeply about the safety of our family and our community, and we know dog waste is a real risk for people, pets, and the environment.
The traditional approach has always been to pick it up and move on, even though residue can still be left behind. That didn’t sit well with us. So we put in the hard work through research, testing, and refining, and created our innovative, patent-pending yard washing process right here in the CSRA. Our Barefoot-Ready™ system sets a higher standard for what a clean yard can be by combining thorough waste removal with effective washing techniques to tackle residue and odor at the source.
Scoopr is built on service. After two decades in the U.S. Navy, Jordan developed a deep respect for integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and taking care of people, and those values became the foundation of how we operate. We show up, we communicate clearly, and we do what we say we’ll do. Excellence is our only option.
The CSRA is our home. Malia was raised here, and we’ve chosen to plant roots and raise our four children in this community. We invest in our community and our team because great service starts with great people. In a short time, the trust of our community has allowed us to expand across Richmond, Columbia, and Aiken Counties, trusted by families from Fort Gordon to Evans, Grovetown, and North Augusta. And we’re not even close to finished. The biggest things come from the most humble beginnings. As we grow, we intend to be a bigger blessing to the CSRA than anyone ever saw coming.
For us, Scoopr is more than a business. It’s service, family, and home.
