From Evans to Aiken, Scoopr delivers cleaner, unmatched care for our community.
Our Pet Waste Removal Company
Founded in 2025 by Jordan Burghoff and his family (including our mascot, Bodie) in Augusta, GA, Scoopr was built with one mission: give CSRA dog owners cleaner, safer, stress-free backyards, held to the same standard Jordan expects for his own family. From day one, we’ve focused on full-service care, combining waste removal with our yard washing process, odor control, and yard sanitation for a cleaner finish. In a short time, we’ve expanded across Richmond, Columbia, and Aiken Counties, trusted by families from Fort Gordon to Evans, Grovetown, and North Augusta. Along the way, we’ve created living-wage jobs for team members who share our commitment to professionalism, community, and doing things right.
Investing in our Community
Scoopr was founded in Augusta, GA with a heart for our entire Central Savannah River Area community. We are constantly finding new ways to serve... whether it's providing discounted service to military families at Fort Gordon, Augusta University faculty, or free service for families in need throughout Richmond and Columbia Counties, organizing community service events during Arts in the Heart or other local festivals, or giving back by donating a portion of our sales to local animal rescues and nonprofits serving the Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, North Augusta, and Aiken areas. Additionally, when new CSRA clients sign up using a group's promo code, we're able to give even more by supporting meaningful causes and making a difference right here in the Central Savannah River Area.
Serving the CSRA, One yard at a time
Our Pooper Scooper Service Area
Scoopr proudly provides full-service dog waste removal across the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA), serving both Georgia and South Carolina. We keep your lawn clean, safe, and fresh with trusted service you can count on.
Every recurring service includes complete waste removal, off-site haul-away, ETA text updates, and closed-gate photo confirmation. Full Service adds our Barefoot-Ready™ process, which shampoos and disinfects each spot and removes leftover residue and odor at the source.
No contracts, no commitments, cancel anytime. Seriously! We’re local Augusta folks (not a franchise), and we believe in earning your business every single visit. Go month-to-month, pause when you’re on vacation, adjust your frequency, whatever works for you. Most customers never leave once they experience our service, but you’re never locked in. We make it easy to manage your plan online at any time via our client portal.
We’re proud to offer:
- 10% military discount for active duty and retired veterans
- 10% first responder discount for fire, police, and EMS
- 10% educator discount for all school staff (including cafeteria and custodial)
- 5% and 15% discounts for quarterly/annual payments – pay ahead and save! Email us at hello@myscoopr.com to set this up
All discounts require verification and cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Great question – most of our customers work full-time and are not home during service. We’ll arrange secure access that works for you, whether that’s a gate code, lock box, or specific instructions. We ALWAYS double-check gates and send you a photo confirmation showing your gate is locked after each visit. Our techs are background-checked, professionally trained, and covered by comprehensive insurance.
We love interacting with dogs – it’s the best part of our day! If your dogs are friendly with strangers and won’t bolt when we open the gate, they’re welcome to stay outside. However, if your dog is protective, reactive, or skittish, please keep them inside during service for everyone’s safety. Just let us know your dogs’ temperaments in your client portal or email.
Questions about your specific situation? Email hello@myscoopr.com, or call/text 706-223-0499.
We clean the areas your dogs use, including the main yard, side yard, dog run, and other high-traffic spots. Your standard plan covers up to 1/8 acre of service area, and we can quote expanded areas if needed.
Yes! We keep your service on the same day each week for consistency. When you sign up, we’ll reach out within one business day to confirm your regular service day. You’ll always know when to expect us. If holidays or unusual circumstances require a change, we’ll text you in advance. In rare circumstances, we may need to adjust your service day to keep our routes as efficient as possible. If that happens, we’ll notify you at least a week in advance.
Simple and transparent! We bill monthly on the 1st. Your first month is prorated – meaning you only pay for the visits remaining in that first month. After that, regular monthly billing begins. You’ll receive clear invoices by email and can manage everything online through your client portal. We accept all major credit and debit cards. No surprise fees, ever.
Our wash is oxygen-based, non-toxic, and biodegradable. It’s designed to be pet, kid, and landscaping-safe. Once the treated areas dry, your yard is ready for normal use.
Most services stop at pickup. Scoopr gives you the option to go further with Full Service. We remove the waste and haul it away, then use our patent-pending, oxygen-based Barefoot-Ready™ process to shampoo and disinfect each spot and remove leftover residue and odor at the source. The result is a cleaner, fresher yard that supports healthier soil.

Dog waste isn’t fertilizer, it’s harmful to your lawn and the environment. The EPA says it’s high in nitrogen and harmful bacteria, making it toxic to grass and unsafe for people and pets. It can cause dead spots, spread parasites, and lead to fungal growth in your soil. When left on the ground, rain can wash these contaminants into storm drains and local waterways, polluting rivers and streams. That’s where Scoopr comes in. We don’t just scoop, we remove every trace and dispose of it responsibly, helping protect your lawn, your family, and the environment with our professional pet waste removal service, backed by science and trusted best practices.
