Our Mission & Vision for Safe, Clean, and Usable Yards in the CSRA
Our Mission
Scoopr exists to give CSRA dog owners a yard that’s actually clean and easy to enjoy. We do that through consistent, full-service care that removes waste, addresses residue and odor at the source, and keeps outdoor spaces healthier for families, pets, and neighborhoods.
Our Vision
To set a higher standard for pet waste removal in the CSRA by pairing professionalism with real results. As we grow, we’ll keep investing in our people, improving our process, and making clean, usable yards the norm in our community.
The Principles Behind Scoopr’s Professional Dog Waste Cleanup Efforts
Our Values
At Scoopr, our values are a reflection of who we are…
Respect
We treat every client, yard, and team member with care and consideration. From honoring property boundaries to communicating courteously, we leave every space better than we found it.
Consistency
Reliable service is at our core. Every visit follows the same thorough process, delivered on time and to the high standards our customers in Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, and Aiken expect.
Integrity
We do the right thing, even when no one is watching. Clients trust us because we never cut corners, and we own every step of our work.
Transparency
Clear, upfront pricing and straightforward communication are non-negotiable. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, just honest service that builds trust with every customer.
Excellence
Every detail matters, from professional uniforms to meticulous dog waste removal, yard sanitization, and follow-up. We never settle for “good enough.”
Service
We lead with a servant mindset. Our goal is to make life easier, safer, and cleaner for families in the CSRA, helping them reclaim their yards and enjoy their outdoor spaces.
Community
Scoopr reinvests in the CSRA by hiring locally, supporting local organizations, and prioritizing local partnerships. We build a brand that stands for good in our region.
Investing Within
We empower our team with training, respect, and the tools to succeed. When our people are supported, every client benefits from better service and greater attention to detail.
Trust
Our reputation is built on dependability. Clients never need to double-check our work, they know it’s done right because it always is.
Where we come from
Scoopr was founded in 2025 by the Burghoff family, led by Jordan and Malia (and the Scoopr mascot, Bodie) in Augusta, GA with one simple goal: give CSRA dog owners cleaner, safer, stress-free backyards, held to the same standard we expect for our own home. As dog and kid parents, we care deeply about the safety of our family and our community, and we know dog waste is a real risk for people, pets, and the environment.
The traditional approach has always been to pick it up and move on, even though residue can still be left behind. That didn’t sit well with us. So we put in the hard work through research, testing, and refining, and created our innovative, patent-pending yard washing process right here in the CSRA. Our Barefoot-Ready™ system sets a higher standard for what a clean yard can be by combining thorough waste removal with effective washing techniques to tackle residue and odor at the source.
Scoopr is built on service. After two decades in the U.S. Navy, Jordan developed a deep respect for integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and taking care of people, and those values became the foundation of how we operate. We show up, we communicate clearly, and we do what we say we’ll do. Excellence is our only option.
The CSRA is our home. Malia was raised here, and we’ve chosen to plant roots and raise our four children in this community. We invest in our community and our team because great service starts with great people. In a short time, the trust of our community has allowed us to expand across Richmond, Columbia, and Aiken Counties, trusted by families from Fort Gordon to Evans, Grovetown, and North Augusta. And we’re not even close to finished. The biggest things come from the most humble beginnings. As we grow, we intend to be a bigger blessing to the CSRA than anyone ever saw coming.
For us, Scoopr is more than a business. It’s service, family, and home.
