Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between Scoopr LLC, which does business as Scoopr Full-Service Pet Waste Removal and Scoopr (“Scoopr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the customer accepting these Terms (“you” or the “Client”).

By accepting these Terms during onboarding, submitting an onboarding form, scheduling or purchasing Service, or continuing to receive Service after notice of updated Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important recurring billing disclosure

Recurring Service continues and renews automatically until canceled. Monthly billing is the default. Quarterly and annual plans renew at the same interval unless canceled or changed. Invoices are due upon receipt, and the payment method on file is charged automatically when an invoice is issued. The invoice and charge occur at approximately the same time.

To avoid the next monthly charge, Scoopr must receive a cancellation, pause, or qualifying plan-change request at least 48 hours before the first day of the next month. For quarterly or annual accounts, Scoopr must receive the request at least 48 hours before the next scheduled invoice or renewal date. A request received after the applicable deadline does not make an issued charge refundable.

You may cancel through the Client Portal or by emailing hello@myscoopr.com.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  1. Service means pet waste removal and any cleaning, washing, treatment, sanitation, deodorizing, haul-away, or related service included in the service plan or order you purchase.
  2. Visit means a scheduled service attempt at your property. A Visit may be completed, partially completed, rescheduled, or skipped as permitted by these Terms.
  3. Reset Cleaning means an initial, restart, or accumulated-waste cleanup intended to bring a property into a condition suitable for recurring maintenance Service.
  4. One-Time Cleanup means nonrecurring Service scheduled for a particular property.
  5. Recurring Plan means a repeating Service schedule, including weekly, biweekly, monthly, multiple-times-per-week, or another frequency offered by Scoopr.
  6. Portal means Scoopr’s Client Portal, billing platform, onboarding system, or related account-management system.
  7. Service Area means the exterior portions of the property that Scoopr is expected to inspect and service.
  8. Billing Cycle means the period for which recurring Service is billed.
  9. Prepaid Service means Service paid for before it is performed, including monthly, quarterly, and annual recurring Service.
  10. Service Credit means a noncash credit that may be used only toward eligible Scoopr charges and is subject to Section 24.

2. Age, authority, and account responsibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  2. You are the owner of the property being serviced or are authorized by the owner to permit Scoopr to enter and perform Service.
  3. You have authority to provide the gate, lock, access, pet, payment, and property information supplied to Scoopr.
  4. The information you provide is accurate and complete.

If you are not authorized to permit Scoopr to enter the property, you must not request Service.

The person who establishes the account is responsible for charges and compliance with these Terms unless Scoopr agrees otherwise in writing.

3. Authorization to enter the property

You authorize Scoopr to enter the property for purposes reasonably related to providing Service, including:

  • Initial evaluations and inspections;
  • Reset Cleanings;
  • One-Time Cleanups;
  • Recurring Plan Visits;
  • Quality-control inspections;
  • Approved return Visits; and
  • Other Service you request.

This authorization applies whether or not you are present, provided the access and safety requirements in these Terms are satisfied.

Cancellation effective at the end of a paid Billing Cycle leaves this authorization in place through the effective cancellation date. If you request that Service stop immediately, authorization to enter ends when Scoopr processes that request, and unused prepaid Service remains nonrefundable except as required by law or expressly approved under Section 23.

4. Scope of Service

During a completed Visit, Scoopr will perform the services included in the plan or order you purchased.

Pet waste removal generally includes identifying and removing visible and reasonably accessible pet waste from the Service Area. Unless your plan or order states otherwise, recurring pet waste removal also includes off-site haul-away of the waste Scoopr collects. Depending on your plan, Service may also include washing, sanitation, odor treatment, disinfecting, or other features described during signup or in your account.

4.1 Enhanced Service and Bioactive Treatment System

Enhanced Service includes the services provided under Essential Service, plus Scoopr’s Bioactive Treatment System. Full Service also includes the Bioactive Treatment System unless the applicable plan description states otherwise.

Purpose of the system

The Bioactive Treatment System is intended to help manage organic residue, yard odors, and lawn and soil conditions associated with concentrated nitrogen compounds, salts, and other residue from pet waste and urine. It is a mitigation and recovery-support service. It is not lawn repair, fertilization, pest control, or a human or animal health service.

Scoopr may treat specific problem spots, broader portions of the Service Area, or both, based on the conditions observed at the property.

By selecting Enhanced Service or Full Service, the Client authorizes Scoopr to apply treatments within the Service Area when Scoopr determines they are appropriate. Scoopr does not need separate approval before each application unless the Client has asked to decline a treatment.

Products and treatment methods

Scoopr may select, substitute, or change the products, formulations, equipment, and treatment methods used as part of the Bioactive Treatment System. These choices may be based on property conditions, season, weather, product performance, safety information, availability, and manufacturer instructions.

No particular brand, product, formula, ingredient, enzyme, or microorganism is guaranteed. Manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements will control.

The Bioactive Treatment System does not include pesticides or fertilizers.

Treatment timing and frequency

Treatments are provided only when Scoopr determines that they are needed, useful, and suitable for the property. Scoopr may determine that no treatment is needed during a particular Visit or period.

Treatments are not performed during every Visit and do not follow a fixed application schedule. The frequency of pet waste removal does not determine the frequency of treatment applications.

Applications will generally be more frequent during warmer periods when weather and lawn conditions support their use. Applications may be reduced, postponed, or omitted during winter, extreme temperatures, drought, heavy rain, saturated ground, or other unsuitable conditions. Scoopr may apply treatments during winter when temperatures and property conditions make an application useful.

The Bioactive Treatment System does not include or guarantee a minimum number of applications during any month, season, or year.

Declining treatments

A Client may ask Scoopr not to use a particular treatment or may decline one or more types of treatment. The request must be submitted in writing so Scoopr can add it to the Client’s account.

Declining treatment does not automatically change the Client’s service plan or price and does not create a refund or Service Credit. A Client who wants to move to a different service tier must separately request a plan change under Section 19.

Client information and responsibilities

Before treatment begins, the Client must tell Scoopr about conditions that could affect treatment safety or results, including:

  • Newly seeded or newly sodded areas;
  • Fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or other lawn products recently applied by the Client or another service provider;
  • Sensitive or damaged plants and landscaping;
  • Irrigation problems, drainage problems, or watering restrictions;
  • Known soil or turf problems; and
  • Known sensitivities or allergies affecting people or animals that use the Service Area.

The Client must promptly notify Scoopr when any of this information changes.

The Client must follow any watering, drying, reentry, or property-care instructions provided by Scoopr. People and animals must remain out of a treated area during application and for at least 10 minutes or until the area is dry, whichever is longer. A longer period applies when required by the product manufacturer or by written instructions from Scoopr.

Results and limitations

Treatment results depend on conditions outside Scoopr’s control. These conditions may include existing lawn damage, soil and turf condition, the concentration and frequency of pet urine and waste, continued pet activity, weather, temperature, irrigation, drainage, lawn-care practices, and products applied by the Client or another service provider.

Scoopr does not guarantee that the Bioactive Treatment System will:

  • Repair existing lawn or landscaping damage;
  • Restore dead grass;
  • Eliminate every odor;
  • Remove or reduce a particular amount of nitrogen, salt, or another substance;
  • Prevent new damage from pet waste or urine;
  • Produce a particular result within a specific period;
  • Produce the same results at every property;
  • Make an outdoor area sterile or disease-free; or
  • Prevent or reduce a particular human or animal health risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoopr is not responsible for reduced results or damage caused by inaccurate or incomplete property information, undisclosed lawn treatments or conditions, or the Client’s failure to follow treatment and property-care instructions.

Unless Scoopr agrees otherwise in writing, Service does not include:

  • Landscaping, mowing, or edging;
  • Full leaf, brush, or debris removal;
  • Lawn, irrigation, fence, gate, or property repair;
  • Repair of grass or landscaping damaged by pet urine;
  • Pest control;
  • Removal of human waste;
  • Removal of chemicals, needles, broken glass, or other hazardous materials;
  • Moving heavy objects or dismantling property; or
  • Any work not reasonably included in the plan or order purchased.

Outdoor areas cannot be made or guaranteed sterile.

These Terms are written primarily for residential Service. Commercial properties, homeowners’ associations, apartment communities, multi-property accounts, and similar Clients may be required to sign a separate written agreement. If no separate agreement applies, these Terms govern to the extent relevant. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for the Service it specifically covers.

Scoopr may provide Service through its employees and through qualified contractors acting on Scoopr’s behalf. References to Scoopr in provisions concerning property entry and Service performance include those personnel.

5. Service Area and yard size

5.1 Standard quote size

Unless a quote or service agreement states otherwise, standard residential pricing and free quotes provided through myscoopr.com are based on a Service Area of up to 1/8 acre.

5.2 Larger Service Areas

Properties with a Service Area larger than 1/8 acre may remain eligible for Service. Additional charges may apply for each additional 1/8 acre, or portion of an additional 1/8 acre, that Scoopr is expected to inspect and service.

5.3 Measuring the Service Area

Scoopr may estimate the Service Area using information provided by the Client, online mapping tools, satellite imagery, publicly available property information, an on-site evaluation, or another reasonable measurement method.

The Service Area is the portion of the property Scoopr is expected to inspect and service, not necessarily the property’s total lot size.

If the actual Service Area materially differs from the information used for the original quote, Scoopr may correct the account and charge the then-current price for the Service actually required. When practical, Scoopr will notify you before an adjusted price is charged.

6. Pet, property, and Service information

Accurate information helps us care for your property, protect your pets and our team, and provide the Service you selected.

You must provide accurate information about the property, the Service Area, and all animals that use or may be present in the Service Area.

You must promptly notify Scoopr of material changes, including:

  • An added or removed dog;
  • A change in a dog’s behavior or safety classification;
  • A change in the Service Area;
  • Construction or landscaping work;
  • A new or modified gate or fence;
  • Changed access instructions;
  • A known hazard; or
  • Another condition that materially affects the time, price, difficulty, or safety of Service.

Scoopr may correct pricing, access requirements, safety instructions, or Service requirements when relevant conditions change or information supplied during signup is inaccurate.

6.1 Moves and Service-address changes

Service and pricing are specific to the approved Service address and do not automatically transfer to another property or another occupant.

You must notify Scoopr before you move, lose authority over the property, or request Service at a different address. The new address is subject to Service-area eligibility, route availability, an updated property evaluation, and then-current pricing. Scoopr does not guarantee the same Service day, plan availability, or price at the new address.

If the new address is outside Scoopr’s active Service area or cannot reasonably be added to a route, Scoopr may end Service. A Client-requested move does not automatically create a right to a refund for unused Prepaid Service, although Scoopr may approve a discretionary refund under Section 23. Eligible Service Credits may remain with the same Client account but do not transfer to a new resident, property owner, or unrelated account.

7. Scheduling and arrival times

We know consistency matters when planning your week, and we do our best to keep your Service day dependable.

Scoopr organizes routes based on geography, traffic, staffing, weather, safety, and operational needs. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed.

Routes generally operate between 7:00 a.m. and dusk, but hours may vary. Scoopr may send an arrival notification approximately 15 to 60 minutes before a Visit. Notifications are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.

Your assigned Service day will generally remain consistent, but Scoopr may change it when reasonably necessary because of routing changes, holidays, weather, staffing, traffic, emergencies, safety concerns, or other operational needs.

7.1 Client-requested skips and recurring-Visit changes

A request to skip, move, or reschedule an individual recurring Visit must be submitted through the Portal or by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled Service day, unless Scoopr agrees otherwise or your plan states a different deadline.

Scoopr will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a timely request, but a particular makeup date is not guaranteed. A request received after the deadline, after the route has been finalized, or after a technician has arrived may be treated as a completed Visit for billing purposes and does not automatically create a refund, Service Credit, or makeup Visit.

If accumulated waste resulting from a Client-requested skip requires materially more work during a later Visit, Scoopr may charge an additional cleanup fee after notifying you when practical.

7.2 One-Time Cleanup cancellation and rescheduling

Unless a quote or order states a different policy, Scoopr must receive a request to cancel or reschedule a One-Time Cleanup at least 48 hours before the scheduled Service day.

A timely rescheduling request is subject to route availability. A late cancellation, failed access, or late rescheduling request does not make a prepaid One-Time Cleanup refundable. Scoopr may approve an exception under Section 23.

8. Presence during Service

You do not need to be present while Scoopr performs Service, provided Scoopr has safe and lawful access to the property.

By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize Scoopr to perform scheduled Service in your absence.

9. Yard access and Client responsibilities

Safe, reliable access helps us complete each Visit and protects your pets, your property, and our team.

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful, and unobstructed access to the Service Area. This includes ensuring that:

  1. Required gates or entrances are unlocked or otherwise accessible.
  2. Access codes, keys, lockbox information, and instructions are accurate and current.
  3. Vehicles, equipment, furniture, construction materials, and other objects do not prevent reasonable access.
  4. Any animal that Scoopr requires to be secured, or that may bolt, run, escape, interfere with Service, or create a safety risk, is kept safely inside the home or in a separate, secure area that Scoopr will not enter.
  5. Scoopr is informed of known hazards that may not be obvious to a technician.
  6. The Service Area can be entered and serviced without unreasonable risk of injury or property damage.

Scoopr employees are not required to climb fences, force gates or locks, enter through unsafe openings, or use an access method that presents an unreasonable risk.

10. Gate, fence, and access-point conditions

We understand how important a secure gate is, especially when pets use the yard. Keeping gates and access points in good working order helps us enter, complete Service, and leave the property safely.

You are responsible for keeping gates, fences, latches, hinges, locks, posts, and access paths in safe and functional condition.

Before Service, you must notify Scoopr of any gate, fence, latch, hinge, lock, or access point that is loose, damaged, difficult to operate, self-closing, unusually secured, improperly installed, or otherwise defective.

Scoopr will use reasonable care when opening and securing a gate. Scoopr ordinarily sends or retains a post-Service gate photograph when its systems and conditions allow. A gate photograph documents the gate’s visible condition at that time; it is not a warranty that the gate, latch, lock, or fence is free from defects or will continue functioning.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoopr is not responsible for loss or damage caused by:

  • A preexisting, hidden, latent, or undisclosed defect;
  • Normal wear, corrosion, weather, soil movement, or deterioration;
  • A gate, fence, latch, hinge, post, or lock that fails after ordinary handling;
  • A pet escaping through, under, or over an inadequate or defective enclosure;
  • A Client’s decision to leave a dog loose in or near the Service Area or failure to secure an animal as required by Section 11.1;
  • Inaccurate or incomplete access instructions; or
  • A condition Scoopr could not reasonably identify or avoid.

These limitations do not apply to damage directly caused by Scoopr’s gross negligence or willful misconduct or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Scoopr may refuse to use an access point that appears unsafe until it is repaired or an approved alternative is provided.

11. Dogs and other animals during Service

We care about the safety and well-being of every animal we encounter. Clear information about each dog helps us plan the Visit safely for your pets and our team.

You must disclose any known history of aggression, biting, guarding, reactivity, escape behavior, fear of strangers, or other behavior that could affect safety.

Dogs may remain in the Service Area only if Scoopr determines that they can safely remain present. A technician may decline to enter or may leave if an animal appears aggressive, threatening, excessively protective, difficult to control, likely to escape, or otherwise unsafe.

Scoopr has discretion to determine whether conditions are reasonably safe for a technician to enter or remain in the Service Area.

Any dog identified by you or Scoopr as unsafe, aggressive, protective, reactive, or otherwise presenting a possible safety concern must have a current, recognizable photograph on file before Service can continue. The photograph will be used for identification, Service planning, and technician safety. Scoopr may also require the dog to be secured away from the Service Area during every Visit.

Technicians may offer ordinary dog treats unless you instruct Scoopr not to do so. You are responsible for notifying Scoopr of allergies, dietary restrictions, behavioral concerns, or other reasons a treat would be inappropriate.

11.1 Client responsibility for securing animals and escape risk

Our personnel will use reasonable care and make reasonable efforts to keep dogs safe while performing Service, including following disclosed pet-safety instructions and carefully opening and securing gates and other access points.

You are ultimately responsible for deciding where each dog will remain and for keeping every dog securely confined before, during, and after each Visit. Any dog that may bolt, run, jump, dig, push through a gate, or otherwise escape must be kept inside the home or in a separate, secure area that Scoopr will not enter. You remain responsible for a dog left loose in the Service Area, even if Scoopr has previously serviced the property while the dog was present.

Unless Scoopr separately agrees in writing, Service does not include custody, supervision, restraint, containment, tracking, or recovery of any animal. You remain responsible for monitoring each dog and ensuring it stays on the property throughout the Visit.

If you leave or permit a dog to remain loose in or near the Service Area, you assume the risk that the dog may run away, escape, become lost, or go missing during or after Service. This includes risks arising from the dog’s behavior; a defective or inadequate fence, gate, latch, lock, or enclosure; the ordinary opening or closing of an access point needed to perform Service; a third party’s actions; or your failure to follow Scoopr’s instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Scoopr and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, liability, loss, and expense arising from a dog escaping, running away, becoming lost, or going missing, including search and recovery costs, animal-control fees, and veterinary expenses resulting from the escape, even if a claim alleges ordinary negligence by Scoopr. This release does not apply to Scoopr’s gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for injuries or property damage caused by an animal or by your failure to disclose its behavior, except to the extent directly caused by Scoopr’s negligence or other liability that cannot legally be shifted.

12. Missed Visits, access failures, and return attempts

Our goal is to complete every scheduled Visit. Current access instructions, a working gate, and a safe Service Area help us avoid missed Service and unexpected charges.

If Scoopr arrives for a scheduled Visit but cannot access or safely service the property because of a condition within the Client’s control, Scoopr may treat the Visit as completed for billing purposes.

Examples include a locked gate, incorrect access information, a blocked entrance, an unsafe pet, an undisclosed hazard, or another Client-controlled access problem.

Such Visits are billable and nonrefundable and do not automatically generate a Service Credit.

If you promptly confirm that the problem has been corrected, Scoopr may attempt one return Visit during that Service week if routing and availability allow. A return Visit is not guaranteed and may involve an additional charge if disclosed before the return Service.

Repeated access or safety problems may result in additional charges, loss of promotional pricing, removal from a route, suspension, repricing, or cancellation.

13. Visibility, obstructions, and inaccessible waste

Our team wants to be thorough. Clear visibility and safe access make that possible.

Scoopr relies on visual inspection and reasonable physical access to locate and remove pet waste.

Scoopr cannot guarantee removal of waste that cannot reasonably be seen or reached, including waste that is:

  • Buried or concealed by leaves;
  • Hidden by tall grass, brush, vines, or vegetation;
  • Under or behind furniture, equipment, structures, stored items, or other objects;
  • In a confined or unsafe area; or
  • Otherwise inaccessible at the time of Service.

Technicians may move light leaves or minor debris when reasonably necessary to locate waste. Scoopr is not required to perform full raking, remove landscaping, move heavy objects, crawl into confined areas, enter thick brush, dismantle property, or take unreasonable safety risks.

Waste that could not reasonably be seen or safely accessed is excluded from any completeness or satisfaction guarantee.

14. Reset Cleanings and restart charges

When waste has had time to build up, the first Visit back may take more work than a regular maintenance Visit.

The first Visit for recurring Service may be designated as a Reset Cleaning. A Reset Cleaning may also be required when Service resumes after a pause, access failure, payment suspension, or other interruption that allowed waste to accumulate.

If buildup is unusually heavy or conditions require materially more labor than reasonably anticipated, Scoopr may charge an additional cleanup fee, divide the work into multiple Visits, or provide a revised price before completing additional work.

A Reset Cleaning does not guarantee that the property will immediately meet every standard associated with recurring Service. Conditions may improve through continued Service.

15. Weather, holidays, and events outside Scoopr’s control

Safety comes first for Clients, pets, and our team. When conditions are unsafe, we may need to adjust Service.

15.1 Weather and safety

Scoopr may delay, reschedule, modify, or skip Service when conditions are unsafe or unreasonable, including lightning, flooding, ice, severe weather, extreme heat, unsafe roads, natural disasters, emergencies, or other conditions that create unreasonable risk.

15.2 Holidays

When a Visit falls on or is affected by a holiday, Scoopr may move the Visit to another reasonably available day, modify the route schedule, or skip the affected Visit and address the accumulated waste during the next scheduled Visit.

Charges generally remain unchanged when a Visit is skipped because of a holiday and the accumulated work is addressed during a later Visit.

15.3 Events outside Scoopr’s control

Scoopr is not responsible for delays, schedule changes, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These events do not automatically result in a refund or Service Credit when accumulated work is completed during a later Visit.

16. Portal, card on file, and payment authorization

16.1 Card required

A valid credit or debit card must remain on file before and while Scoopr performs Service.

16.2 Portal

The preferred method for establishing and maintaining payment information is Scoopr’s onboarding system or Portal. If you are physically present, Scoopr may also collect card information in person and process it through an authorized payment system.

16.3 Authorization to charge

By providing a payment method and accepting these Terms, you authorize Scoopr and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for amounts properly due under these Terms, including:

  • Recurring Service;
  • Reset Cleanings and One-Time Cleanups;
  • Additional dogs or Service Area;
  • Approved add-ons and requested extra Visits;
  • Accumulated-waste or restart charges;
  • Taxes and lawful disclosed fees; and
  • Other Service or charges authorized under these Terms.

16.4 No valid payment method

If a valid payment method is unavailable, Scoopr may decline or reschedule Service, remove the property from the route, or suspend Service until the issue is resolved.

17. Invoices, automatic payment, and failed charges

17.1 Due upon receipt

All invoices are due upon receipt (Net 0).

17.2 Charge at the time of invoice

Scoopr automatically charges the payment method on file when an invoice is issued. The invoice is sent and the card is charged at approximately the same time.

17.3 Starting Service and the first charge

After Scoopr contacts you to confirm your Service and schedule the first cleaning, Scoopr will issue the first invoice and automatically charge the payment method on file as described below.

For flat-rate Recurring Service, monthly pricing is based on 52 weeks of Service divided evenly across 12 months. This keeps the monthly price consistent even when a calendar month contains four or five occurrences of the regular Service day.

When a starting month qualifies for proration, the per-Visit amount is calculated using the average number of Visits per month, not by dividing the monthly price by four. For example, weekly Service averages approximately 4.33 Visits per month because 52 weeks divided by 12 months equals approximately 4.33. The prorated per-Visit amount for weekly Service is therefore the monthly price divided by that average. The same annual-average method applies to other Service frequencies.

The four-week Visit count is used only to determine whether the starting month qualifies for proration. Proration applies when fewer than the following number of scheduled Visits remain in the starting month:

  • Weekly Service: 4 Visits;
  • Twice-weekly Service: 8 Visits;
  • Three-times-weekly Service: 12 Visits;
  • Biweekly Service: 2 Visits; and
  • Monthly Service: 1 Visit.

When proration applies, the charge for the starting month equals the applicable averaged per-Visit amount multiplied by the number of scheduled Visits remaining. If at least the applicable number of Visits remains, Scoopr will charge the full monthly Service amount, and the starting month will not be prorated. For a Service frequency not listed above, Scoopr will use the equivalent number of Visits in a four-week Service period. A plan expressly priced per Visit remains subject to its disclosed per-Visit price rather than this flat-rate proration calculation.

The first recurring invoice is usually issued and charged before or around the first Visit, but it may be issued and charged shortly afterward, including the following day. After the starting month, recurring invoices follow the normal billing schedule in Section 18.

17.4 One-Time Cleanup charge timing

For a One-Time Cleanup, Scoopr will issue the invoice and automatically charge the payment method on file on the scheduled Service day. The charge is usually processed before Service but may be processed after Service that same day.

17.5 Payment before Service

Scoopr may decline to perform Service unless required payment authorization is in place and the account is current.

17.6 Failed payments

If a payment fails or is declined, Scoopr may retry the payment method, notify you, suspend Service, remove the property from the route, or require the account to be brought current before additional Service is performed.

You remain responsible for properly invoiced balances and any lawful third-party returned-payment or chargeback cost disclosed to you.

18. Recurring billing and automatic renewal

Recurring Plans continue automatically until canceled under Section 21.

18.1 Monthly billing

Monthly billing is the standard billing method. Monthly recurring Service is generally invoiced and charged in advance on the first day of each month.

If recurring Service begins partway through a month, the first invoice and any proration are determined under Section 17.3.

Your quote, plan description, Portal, or invoice will indicate whether recurring pricing is a flat monthly subscription amount or is calculated by Visit. A flat monthly price does not change solely because a calendar month contains four or five occurrences of the assigned Service day. Per-Visit billing may vary with the number of billable Visits scheduled or performed during the Billing Cycle. Holiday, weather, access, and Client-requested skip rules remain subject to Sections 7, 12, and 15.

18.2 Quarterly billing

Eligible Clients may prepay three months of recurring Service and receive a 5% discount on eligible recurring Service charges. A quarterly plan automatically renews for successive three-month periods unless canceled or changed.

For a South Carolina Client, Scoopr will send any quarterly-renewal reminder required by applicable law no fewer than 30 days and no more than 60 days before the cancellation deadline. The reminder will clearly state that the plan will renew unless canceled, the amount expected to be charged, and how to obtain renewal details and cancel. You remain responsible for keeping your email address current.

18.3 Annual billing

Eligible Clients may prepay 12 months of recurring Service and receive a 15% discount on eligible recurring Service charges. The rate for the originally selected plan and disclosed Service conditions is secured for that 12-month prepaid period. An annual plan automatically renews for successive 12-month periods unless canceled or changed.

Scoopr will send an annual-renewal reminder to the email address on file no fewer than 30 days and no more than 60 days before the cancellation deadline for the annual renewal. The reminder will clearly state that the plan will renew unless canceled and will identify the expected renewal date and amount, the cancellation deadline, and the available cancellation method. You remain responsible for keeping your email address current.

18.4 Discount limitations

Quarterly and annual discounts apply only to eligible recurring Service. Unless Scoopr approves otherwise in writing, they do not apply to Reset Cleanings, excessive buildup, One-Time Cleanups, additional or unscheduled Visits, separately priced add-ons, taxes, past-due amounts, or other excluded charges.

Quarterly and annual discounts may be combined with another discount, promotion, or incentive only when Scoopr approves the combination in writing.

18.5 Secured annual rate

The annual rate guarantee applies only while the selected plan and information used to establish that rate remain unchanged. A change in Service frequency, dog count, Service Area, plan, scope, access requirements, or property conditions may result in an adjustment using Scoopr’s then-current pricing.

19. Plan changes

You may request a change in frequency, plan, Service Area, or Service scope through the Portal or by contacting Scoopr.

An increase in Service may take effect as soon as routing permits and may be prorated or invoiced when the change takes effect.

A decrease generally takes effect at the beginning of the next Billing Cycle. Scoopr must receive the request at least 48 hours before the next scheduled invoice to prevent billing at the existing level. A request received after that deadline does not make an issued invoice refundable.

Any changed or restarted Service is priced under Scoopr’s then-current pricing and eligibility rules. Returning to a previous plan does not restore a former, legacy, introductory, or promotional price unless Scoopr agrees in writing.

20. Pause policy

We understand that travel, moves, and other life changes may make a temporary pause helpful. The rules below explain how to request one and what happens to billing, routing, and accumulated waste.

Service pauses must be requested and approved in advance.

20.1 Billing deadline

To prevent the next monthly charge, Scoopr must receive a pause request at least 48 hours before the first day of the next month. For quarterly or annual accounts, Scoopr must receive the request at least 48 hours before the next scheduled invoice or renewal date.

A request received after the applicable deadline does not make an issued invoice refundable.

20.2 No retroactive or daily credits

Pauses are not retroactive. No refund, per-day credit, or per-Visit credit is provided for time before Scoopr approves the pause or for a Billing Cycle that has already been invoiced.

For monthly accounts, billing may stop for future full Billing Cycles covered by an approved pause. A pause does not create a prorated refund, daily credit, or automatic extension of a quarterly or annual prepaid term unless Scoopr agrees otherwise in writing.

20.3 Maximum pause length

An approved pause may not exceed 90 consecutive days. Total paused time may not exceed 120 days during any rolling 12-month period unless Scoopr approves an exception in writing.

20.4 Yard use during a pause

If dogs or other animals continue using the Service Area during a pause, Scoopr may require and charge for a Reset Cleaning, accumulated-waste cleanup, or additional labor at then-current pricing before recurring Service resumes.

20.5 Returning from a pause

Service resumes subject to route availability. The former Service day, route position, plan availability, or price is not guaranteed. Pricing upon resumption may be based on Scoopr’s then-current pricing, frequency, dog count, Service Area, and property conditions.

21. Cancellation

We understand that Service needs can change. You may cancel through an available online cancellation method in the Portal or by emailing hello@myscoopr.com.

21.1 Notice deadline

To avoid the next monthly charge, Scoopr must receive your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the first day of the next month. For quarterly or annual accounts, Scoopr must receive the request at least 48 hours before the next scheduled invoice or renewal date.

If Scoopr receives the request after the applicable deadline, the scheduled invoice may be issued and charged, the charge is nonrefundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of that Billing Cycle.

21.2 Service through the paid period

Unless you request an immediate stop, Scoopr may continue performing scheduled Service through the effective cancellation date, and your authorization to enter remains in effect for those Visits.

If you request that Service stop immediately, no further Visits will be performed after Scoopr processes the request. Immediate cancellation does not create a right to a refund or Service Credit for unused Prepaid Service.

21.3 Cancellation by Scoopr

Scoopr may suspend or terminate Service because of nonpayment, repeated access problems, unsafe animals or property conditions, harassment, misuse of a promotion, material violation of these Terms, or other circumstances that make continued Service unreasonable or unsafe.

Outstanding balances remain due after suspension or termination.

If Scoopr terminates Prepaid Service for a reason not caused by the Client’s breach, nonpayment, access problem, unsafe condition, animal, or conduct, Scoopr will refund the unused prepaid amount after deducting completed Service and other properly due charges. The 15% refund administration fee will not apply to that refund.

22. Price changes and pricing corrections

We work to keep pricing clear and tied to the Service being provided. When prices or Service conditions change, the following rules apply.

Scoopr may change standard prices from time to time.

For monthly Clients, a general price change will take effect on a future invoice after reasonable advance notice. For quarterly and annual Clients, a general price change will ordinarily take effect at the next renewal.

Scoopr may make a more immediate adjustment when pricing changes because of inaccurate information, added animals, a changed Service Area, a changed plan or frequency, additional Service, unusual labor requirements, or another material change in the Service being provided.

If you change or restart Service, the new or resumed Service will be priced using Scoopr’s then-current rates, promotions, and eligibility rules.

Continuing Service after the effective date of a properly disclosed price change constitutes acceptance of the new price, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

23. Refunds

Billing concerns should be handled fairly and consistently. The rules below explain when prepaid charges are nonrefundable and when Scoopr may approve an exception.

23.1 Prepaid Service

Prepaid Service is nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Scoopr. This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual recurring Service, prepaid One-Time Cleanups, and other prepaid Service.

Unused Prepaid Service resulting from a pause, Client-requested skipped Visit, access failure, early or immediate cancellation, or other Client-controlled circumstance does not create a right to a refund.

23.2 Discretionary refunds and 15% fee

If Scoopr approves a discretionary, Client-requested refund, Scoopr will deduct a refund administration fee equal to 15% of the amount otherwise eligible to be refunded.

The 15% fee does not apply when a refund is required by law, when Scoopr is correcting a duplicate or erroneous charge, or when the refund results from Scoopr’s inability to provide paid Service rather than a Client-requested change.

Before issuing a discretionary refund on a discounted quarterly or annual plan, Scoopr may recalculate completed Service at the applicable nondiscounted rate and deduct completed Service, unpaid charges, used credits, and the refund fee from the amount returned.

24. Service Credits

Scoopr may issue Service Credits when appropriate or when earned under a promotion or referral program.

Service Credits:

  • May be used only toward eligible Scoopr charges;
  • Are not redeemable for cash;
  • Cannot reduce an invoice below zero;
  • May not be sold or transferred unless Scoopr approves it in writing; and
  • Do not make an otherwise nonrefundable charge refundable.

No more than $50 in Service Credits may be applied to a single invoice, regardless of the source or reason for the credits. Any remaining eligible balance carries forward to later invoices and is applied in increments of no more than $50 per invoice.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, unused credits are forfeited when an account is permanently closed.

Scoopr may reverse a credit issued because of error, fraud, abuse, an unpaid or reversed qualifying transaction, a chargeback, or failure to satisfy the applicable promotion terms.

25. Scoopr Perks referral program

25.1 Referrer reward

When an eligible new Client identifies an existing Client by name when signing up for recurring Service, the existing Client will receive a $50 Service Credit after the referred Client’s first recurring invoice is successfully paid and the first recurring Visit is completed.

If the referred Client’s Service address is on the referring Client’s street or within a 0.5-mile radius of the referring Client’s Service address, the referring Client will receive an additional $50 Neighborhood Bonus, for a total reward of $100.

Because no more than $50 in credits may be applied to one invoice, a $100 referral reward is applied across at least two invoices.

25.2 Referred-Client reward

An eligible referred Client receives up to $50 off the first recurring-Service invoice. If the eligible credit exceeds that invoice’s balance, the remainder carries forward subject to the $50-per-invoice limit.

25.3 Eligibility and restrictions

To qualify:

  1. The referred Client must identify the referrer by name before or during signup.
  2. The referred person, household, and Service address must be new to recurring Scoopr Service unless Scoopr approves an exception in writing.
  3. The referred Client’s first invoice must be successfully paid and the first recurring Visit completed.
  4. The qualifying accounts must be in good standing when the reward is issued.

Self-referrals and referrals involving the same person, household, Service address, payment account, or a duplicate or replacement account are not eligible.

There is no stated numerical limit on legitimate referrals. Earned credits may carry across Billing Cycles and may pay for future eligible Service, subject to the $50-per-invoice limit and these Terms.

Scoopr determines Neighborhood Bonus eligibility using reasonably available mapping information. Scoopr’s eligibility decision is final absent a clear measurement or account error.

Scoopr may change, suspend, or end the referral program prospectively. A change will not ordinarily remove a properly earned credit but may affect a referral that has not yet met all eligibility requirements.

Referral eligibility depends only on a qualifying new-client signup. Scoopr does not require, request, or reward a public post, review, endorsement, or positive statement.

26. Promotions and discounts

Promotions, coupons, introductory pricing, and special offers may be subject to separate terms available at myscoopr.com/promotion-terms-and-conditions.

Unless Scoopr states otherwise in writing:

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined;
  • They are not transferable and have no cash value;
  • They may apply only to specified recurring charges;
  • Promotional pricing may expire;
  • Nonpayment, inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, repeated access failures, or material noncompliance may result in forfeiture of an unearned discount; and
  • A missed Visit, pause, or payment suspension does not automatically extend a promotional period.

Promotion-specific terms control over these Terms only for matters specifically addressed by that promotion.

27. Service standards and Barefoot-Ready™ process

Scoopr aims to provide a consistently clean and well-maintained Service Area.

Where included in a plan, Scoopr’s Barefoot-Ready™ process may include pet waste removal, washing, sanitation, disinfection, or odor treatment of selected exterior areas.

Outdoor properties are affected by animals, weather, soil, insects, organic material, drainage, landscaping, and continued yard use. Scoopr does not guarantee that an outdoor area will be sterile, pathogen-free, odor-free, stain-free, or completely free of pet waste at all times.

Product-specific claims are subject to the instructions, limitations, and approved uses of the products involved. Clients, children, and animals must follow any post-treatment instructions and should remain off treated areas for at least 10 minutes or until dry, whichever is longer, unless Scoopr provides different written instructions.

27.1 Equipment hygiene

Scoopr disinfects reusable pet-waste-removal tools between properties using a commercial or kennel-grade disinfectant and procedures appropriate for the equipment. This practice is intended to reduce cross-contamination risk but cannot guarantee that an outdoor property will be free of pathogens, parasites, or disease.

27.2 Contagious conditions and product sensitivities

You must promptly notify Scoopr of any known or suspected parvovirus, giardia, intestinal parasites, or other contagious animal condition associated with animals or the Service Area. Scoopr may modify, postpone, or suspend Service, require additional precautions, or decline Service when reasonably necessary for safety.

You must also disclose known animal or household sensitivities, allergies, or restrictions that may affect the use of treats, disinfectants, washing agents, odor treatments, or other Service products. Scoopr is not responsible for harm caused by a Client’s failure to provide relevant information or follow product and reentry instructions, except to the extent liability cannot legally be limited.

28. Service concerns and re-Service

If you believe Scoopr missed visible and reasonably accessible pet waste or failed to perform an included Service, you must notify Scoopr within 48 hours after the Visit.

Scoopr may request photographs, video, a description of the affected location, or reasonable access to inspect the area.

If Scoopr determines that an included Service was missed through Scoopr’s fault, Scoopr may re-service the affected area at no additional charge.

This remedy does not apply to waste deposited after the Visit; hidden or inaccessible waste; blocked, overgrown, or unsafe areas; access failures; or another condition excluded by these Terms.

29. Property-damage claims

Any claim that Scoopr damaged property must be reported within 48 hours after the Visit in which the alleged damage occurred.

The notice should include a description of the damage, its approximate location, and photographs or other reasonable documentation when available. When practical, you must give Scoopr a reasonable opportunity to inspect the alleged damage before repairs are made.

Scoopr is not responsible for damage resulting from preexisting conditions, deteriorated or defective property, improperly installed gates or fencing, hidden irrigation components, unstable structures, items concealed by grass or vegetation, ordinary wear and tear, or another condition Scoopr could not reasonably identify or avoid.

Nothing in this section eliminates responsibility that cannot legally be waived.

30. Photography, video, and Service documentation

Photos and video help us document Service and support safety. When material may be used in marketing, we also want to respect the privacy of your home and family.

30.1 Service documentation

Scoopr may take photographs or recordings reasonably necessary to document completed work, gate condition, access problems, yard conditions, safety concerns, animals, or account disputes. Scoopr may use this documentation internally for quality control, safety, training, and account administration without publishing it.

A photograph supplied by a Client solely for unsafe-dog identification will be used for identification, Service planning, and technician safety and will not itself be used publicly for marketing. Scoopr may photograph dogs encountered during Service as described below unless the Client opts out.

30.2 Marketing permission

Unless the Client opts out as described in Section 30.4, the Client authorizes Scoopr to photograph or record exterior Service areas while providing or preparing to provide Service. This may include Scoopr personnel performing work, Scoopr equipment and processes, before-and-after conditions, and dogs or other animals encountered during Service.

The Client grants Scoopr a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and use this material for Scoopr’s website, social media, advertising, educational content, promotional materials, and other business marketing.

30.3 Non-identifying use and privacy

Scoopr will not intentionally identify the Client by name or disclose the property address in marketing content covered by this Section. Scoopr will use reasonable efforts to frame, crop, blur, or avoid direct identifiers such as readable house numbers, street signs, license plates, mail, personal documents, interior areas, views through windows, or private activity. Scoopr will not intentionally feature a Client, household member, or other non-Scoopr person in marketing content without separate permission.

Dogs and other animals may appear in marketing content, but Scoopr will not identify their owner or exact location. Although Scoopr will avoid direct identifiers, the Client understands that someone already familiar with the property, animal, or surroundings may still recognize them.

30.4 Opting out

The Client may opt out of marketing photography and recording at any time by emailing hello@myscoopr.com or otherwise notifying Scoopr in writing. After Scoopr has had a reasonable opportunity to process the request, Scoopr will not intentionally capture new marketing content at the property or place previously unpublished Client content into new marketing materials.

An opt-out does not limit photographs or recordings reasonably needed for Service documentation, safety, quality control, billing, training, or dispute resolution. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, an opt-out does not require Scoopr to remove, recall, or stop using material that was already published, distributed, printed, or incorporated into marketing materials before the opt-out was processed.

31. Yard signs

Scoopr may place temporary signage in or near the Service Area to indicate that Service was performed, identify a treated area, or serve another reasonable Service-related purpose.

You may ask Scoopr not to leave a sign or request that a sign be removed.

32. Communications consent

Clear communication helps us keep Service safe, timely, and easy to manage.

By providing an email address or telephone number and accepting these Terms, you consent to receive Service-related communications from Scoopr and its service providers by email, telephone, SMS, or similar technology.

Service-related communications may include:

  • Scheduling and arrival notices;
  • Route, holiday, and weather updates;
  • Gate, access, safety, and animal-related messages;
  • Service-completion photographs;
  • Invoices, receipts, failed-payment notices, and account balances;
  • Renewal, cancellation, pause, and price-change notices;
  • Portal and account notices; and
  • Changes to Service or these Terms.

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for maintaining current contact information.

You may opt out of nonessential text messages by replying STOP when that option is provided, but doing so may prevent you from receiving arrival, access, gate, or schedule notifications. Opting out of marketing does not prevent Scoopr from sending legally permitted transactional or relationship messages needed to administer your account.

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method when required. Automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts will be sent only with any separate consent required by law. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing Service.

Scoopr may collect and maintain information reasonably needed to administer Service, including contact information, Service addresses, access instructions, gate codes, animal information and photographs, gate and yard photographs, communications, invoices, transaction records, and account history. Scoopr may share necessary information with payment processors, communication providers, software vendors, contractors, and other service providers that support Scoopr’s operations.

Payment-card information is processed through an authorized payment provider. Scoopr may receive limited payment-method details and transaction records without receiving or retaining the complete card number.

Scoopr’s collection, use, retention, disclosure, and deletion of personal information are also governed by the Privacy Policy available at https://myscoopr.com/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.

33. Conduct

We believe Clients and Scoopr personnel both deserve respectful, safe interactions.

Clients, occupants, guests, and other persons at the property must not engage in threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, intimidating, or otherwise unsafe conduct toward Scoopr personnel.

Scoopr may immediately suspend or terminate Service when such conduct occurs.

34. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please give us a chance to review and resolve billing concerns directly whenever possible.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Scoopr promptly at hello@myscoopr.com or 706-223-0499 so Scoopr can review Service records, messages, photographs, invoices, and payment information.

Scoopr may suspend Service while a payment dispute or chargeback remains unresolved. If a chargeback is resolved in Scoopr’s favor, Scoopr may recover reasonable chargeback costs to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits a legal right to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.

35. Disclaimers

We take pride in providing thorough, dependable Service, but outdoor environments have limits that no service can completely control.

Scoopr will perform Service with reasonable care. Except for an express written guarantee, Service is provided without other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Scoopr does not guarantee:

  • Removal of waste that is hidden, inaccessible, or not reasonably visible;
  • A sterile, disease-free, pest-free, allergen-free, stain-free, or permanently odor-free outdoor environment;
  • Repair or reversal of lawn, soil, urine, drainage, landscaping, gate, or fence damage;
  • Prevention of future waste, odors, bacteria, pests, or animal activity;
  • An exact arrival time; or
  • Uninterrupted Service during unsafe weather, emergencies, access failures, or events outside Scoopr’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

36. Limitation of liability

We hope problems are rare. This section explains the legal limits that apply if a claim does arise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. Scoopr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from Service.
  2. Scoopr’s total liability arising from a particular event or related series of events will not exceed the greater of the amount the Client paid for the Service giving rise to the claim or the amount the Client paid Scoopr during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

37. Client responsibility and indemnification

Because you know your property, animals, and household best, we rely on you to give us accurate information and maintain safe conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims, losses, injuries, or reasonable expenses caused by:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Inaccurate property, access, or pet information;
  • Failure to disclose a known hazard;
  • Failure to secure an animal as required;
  • A defective or inadequate gate, fence, latch, lock, or access point;
  • Your lack of authority to permit entry; or
  • Conduct by you, occupants, household members, tenants, guests, or contractors at the property.

You agree to indemnify Scoopr from such third-party claims except to the extent the claim was caused by Scoopr’s negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or another liability that cannot legally be shifted.

38. Dispute resolution

38.1 Notice and informal resolution

Before filing a lawsuit arising from these Terms or Service, the complaining party must provide written notice describing the dispute, the relevant account or Service address, the facts supporting the claim, and the requested resolution.

Notices to Scoopr must be emailed to hello@myscoopr.com and mailed to the address in Section 44.

The parties will have 30 days after receipt to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Either party may propose voluntary mediation.

This informal process does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court, seeking emergency relief when reasonably necessary, or exercising a right that cannot legally be delayed or waived.

38.2 Governing law

These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

38.3 Venue

To the fullest extent permitted by law, a court proceeding arising from these Terms or Service must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Richmond County, Georgia.

Because Scoopr also serves South Carolina Clients, this section remains subject to mandatory South Carolina consumer-protection and jurisdictional law.

Nothing in this section prevents a Client from filing a complaint with a government consumer-protection agency.

39. Changes to these Terms

Scoopr may revise these Terms to reflect changes in Service, pricing, operations, technology, promotions, or law.

The current version will be available at myscoopr.com/terms-and-conditions and will identify its effective date.

Material changes apply prospectively. Scoopr will provide additional notice when required by law or when reasonably appropriate, including by email, text, Portal notice, invoice notice, or website notice.

When applicable law requires it, notice of a material change to an online Recurring Plan will clearly describe the change, explain how to cancel, and be provided in a form the Client can retain.

Unless applicable law requires affirmative consent, continued Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cancel before receiving further Service under them.

40. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed if necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

41. No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

42. Entire agreement and order of precedence

These Terms, your selected Service plan, pricing shown in your account or quote, applicable promotion terms, Scoopr’s Privacy Policy, and any other written terms expressly incorporated into your Service agreement constitute the agreement concerning Service.

If a specific written Service agreement signed by Scoopr conflicts with these Terms, the more specific written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict. Promotion-specific terms control only for matters specifically addressed by that promotion.

42.1 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your account or rights under these Terms without Scoopr’s written approval. Scoopr may assign these Terms or transfer Client accounts as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or transfer of all or part of its business, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection law.

42.2 Provisions that continue after cancellation

Cancellation or termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that by their nature apply afterward. Payment obligations, refund and credit rules, property-damage procedures, licenses already granted for properly authorized content, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute-resolution provisions, and record-retention rights survive to the extent necessary to give them effect.

43. Electronic acceptance and records

Scoopr may require acceptance of these Terms before an onboarding form can be submitted or Service can begin.

Your electronic acceptance is intended to have the same effect as a written signature. Scoopr may maintain records showing the date and time of acceptance, the version accepted, onboarding information, billing authorization, and related account records.

43.1 Electronic notices and copies

You consent to receive these Terms, invoices, renewal notices, price-change notices, cancellation confirmations, and other account records electronically at the email address or through the Portal associated with your account. You may save or print these records and may request a paper copy by contacting Scoopr.

If you withdraw consent to electronic delivery and Scoopr cannot reasonably administer the account using another method, Scoopr may require cancellation of recurring Service after providing any notice required by law.

43.2 Subscription disclosures and cancellation access

When recurring Service is accepted online, Scoopr will clearly present the material renewal and cancellation terms near the request for the Client’s consent and before obtaining billing information. Scoopr will obtain the Client’s express consent to recurring charges before charging the payment method on file.

Scoopr will provide an acknowledgment that the Client can easily retain. The acknowledgment will include the applicable renewal terms, cancellation policy, and instructions for canceling.

Scoopr will also provide any notice required by applicable law before or within three days after the first recurring charge. That notice will state that Service renews automatically unless canceled, identify the renewal period and material renewal terms, provide Scoopr’s contact information, and include an electronic path to the cancellation process.

Scoopr will maintain a clear online cancellation method through the Portal or provide a cancellation email that the Client can send without an explanation beyond information reasonably needed to authenticate the account. A Client who cannot or does not wish to authenticate online may cancel by emailing hello@myscoopr.com.

43.3 In-home and other specially regulated sales

If Service is sold in a setting where applicable law provides a cooling-off period, cancellation form, or other nonwaivable consumer right, Scoopr will provide the required notice and honor that right. Nothing in these Terms shortens or eliminates such a right.
